Bubble CRM Integration User set up - CC4Teams and any CRM

Follow these steps to configure your CRM integration with CC4Teams and any CRM

The following steps outline the end user set-up and configuration to get your CRM connected to our Bubble App

NOTE - Your administrator needs to have set up additional settings prior to allow this integration to work properly. Make sure this has been completed or else this CRM integration will not function properly.

Step 1 - Run the Bubble app

Run the Bubble app and log in with your Microsoft credentials.

This user must be pre-configured by Paxitel for your account and license to be able to log in.

Step 2 - Connect your CRM

There is no need to configure anything in the CRM application itself.
Run the Bubble app and log in with your Microsoft credentials.

Go to CRM Connectors in the navigation bar on the left side (1), and select the desired CRM integration (2) and activate it via the slider (3). 

(Please note that a CRM application is activated if it has a blue frame around it).

Set up various settings for your CRM - for Example in the screenshot below Microsoft Dynamics 365 requires the Portal Base URL (4) and App ID (5).
Then you can click the Start Authorization button (6) to authorise your user with your Microsoft credentials for your access to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Once completed, click the Save Button (7).




Optionally you can enable automatic call logging for call registration.



Step 3 - Connect your Phone System

To connect to your CC4Teams Contact Centre as your Phone System, go to the Bubble software.
Navigate to Phone Connectors (1) and find your phone system from the list (2). Here we are connecting to the contact centre phone system called CC4Teams from the vendor  called CC4All.
With this phone system, there is additional back-end configuration required. This is performed by Paxitel for you and this needs to be completed before you can continue.

Once you have confirmed the webhook is set up in the Bubble Portal for you, click the x at the top right of the Bubble app. Please note this minimises the app and does not close the app. It will remain open and available in the Windows tray at the bottom right of the screen.




This is the back-end Bubble Portal configuration options needed for CC4Teams Extended version.



The first step is to log in with your Bubble account, this is most likely the same account as your Teams/Microsoft account.

The second step is to authorize with your CC4Teams Account.

After successful authorization you will see the following message.

Your CRM should now be connected to Bubble and your Phone System should now be configured and you will be able to use the CRM integration.
