CRM Integration - Gather logs
When there is a need to troubleshoot your CRM integration service, we will often request logs from the user that is having an issue. Here are the steps to gather the logs and send them to us.
On the impacted user's PC, after the issue has just occurred, go to the Bubble App and
1. Select the Logs Menu option
2. Click Open Log Button
This will open the Log in a text application.
Next. Select Save As from the file menu
Save the file with a name like the user's name and date and if there is already a Paxitel Support ticket open, then attach it to the email for that ticket. or to create a new ticket, then send an email to
support@paxitel.com with all the details so we can investigate.
