How to change inbound number callflow via Paxitel Inbound Number Management Portal

What you need

1. Paxitel Inbound Number Management Portal Access
   
2. Sufficient access to phone number management
   

Access to the portal

1. Open a web browser page and navigate to the following address:
   https://inbound.paxitel.com/
2. Enter your credential and click SIGN IN
   

Changing the callflow

1. from the sidebar menu, click on Phone Numbers
   
2. Then click on the phone number that you wish to change the call flow
   
3. Remove the text from the Flow and choose the callflow you wish to be activated.
   
4. Click on Save.
